Commission Based TruBond – Independent Sales Representative (Commission Only, Uncapped)
Opportunity Description
TruBond makes a functional drink for clarity and connection, built for the workday. We are hiring a small number of independent sales representatives to bring our Leadership Drink Program to companies investing in how their people show up.
You would sell turnkey corporate wellness packages priced from $5,000 to $27,000, plus custom à la carte orders, into buyers you may already know. If you have relationships with HR and People teams, office and firm administration, executive assistants, or the people who run corporate offsites, retreats, and events, this is a warm book of business and a product your buyers have not seen before.
The product. Two single-serve blends. Clear Rise for morning focus and clean energy, and Lighten Up for afternoon and evening uplift and connection. Both use real ingredients at meaningful dosages, including organic Lion’s Mane in both blends and the clinically studied adaptogens Rhodiolife® Rhodiola in Clear Rise and KSM-66® organic Ashwagandha in Lighten Up.
Who we want. You sell B2B and you close. You are comfortable with commission only and motivated by uncapped upside, not a base. It is a strong fit if you sell, or recently sold, corporate gifting, branded swag, office coffee and snacks, EAP or benefits, corporate wellness, or into events, hospitality, and production.
What we provide. Sample kits to put the product in your buyers’ hands, pitch and outreach templates you can use or modify, the full pricing model, and founder-led support on your highest-value deals. Optional founder and financial wellness speaking sessions come with the larger packages.
The pay. 12 percent on first orders, uncapped, plus an 8 percent residual on reorders while you stay the active rep of record. See commission details for the full breakdown. This is a US opportunity for independent 1099 representatives.

Commission payment details: 12 percent commission on every first order, uncapped, paid monthly on collected revenue. Plus an 8 percent residual on that account's reorders for as long as you remain the active rep of record. Example first-order payouts. Starter $600, Growth $1,200, Enterprise $3,240.
