The Garment Exchange is a next generation, end-to-end product and service solution changing the way garments and apparel are sourced, created and supplied. Our dedicated garment broker network is focused on supplying sports clubs and teams with customized garments and apparel from our ranges of value, partner and portfolio brands. Garment brokers will assist clubs and teams to quickly and effectively source multiple sports uniform quotes based on quality, price and production time, ensuring that comparable information, products and services are considered.

As a garment broker (Independent Contractor) you will be responsible for:
Growth and success of a Garment Exchange territory
Resourcing your territory
Marketing your operation
Promoting the mission, vision and values of The Garment Exchange
Daily operational costs, efficiencies and profitability
Following the induction & training program, we will work with you to build a client list and maintain a territory plan aimed at developing relationships and business in your local community. To assist in the growth of your territory, an experienced regional manager will guide you through goal setting, sales drivers, production planning and marketing initiatives. As the owner and operator of your business, there is no earning limitation and you are in control of your professional career and financial success!
Our most successful garment brokers (Independent Contractor) will be creative individuals, who are process oriented, goal hungry and customer focused. They will also have a strong understanding of the importance of driving sales and delivering great customer service & support.
Basic Qualifications / Preferred Requirements:
Prior sales experience
Business ownership and/or supervisory experience
Ability to work independently
Prior customer service experience
Sports industry / apparel experience preferred
A garment broker will be granted exclusivity to a defined territory and associated product & servicing rights. You will also be provided with all of the tools and resources required to achieve success, including access to our innovative clubhub platform and next generation kitstore facility. You will be rewarded with a generous commission, incentive and royalty structure.
Our garment brokers are provided with all of the tools and resources required to achieve success including:
1. Business cards, compendium and pens
2. Branded polos, shirts, caps, backpack and satchel
3. Provision of personalized email and access to clubhub & kitstore programs
4. One-on-one coaching sessions and monthly business webinars
5. Dedicated business manager and internal administration staff
This is an independent contractor opportunity, subject to the terms of that program, and it is not an employment relationship with The Garment Exchange or a franchise opportunity.
