We believe in rewarding the “lifetime value” of a client. Unlike traditional sales roles with one-off bonuses, we offer an ongoing 10% commission for the full life of the contract.
Residual Income: As long as the client stays with us, you get paid every single month.
No Earning Cap: Your income grows exponentially as you add more clients to your portfolio.
Simple Math: If you bring in a client at $1,000/month, you earn $100/month for as long as they are a customer. Sign 10 of those, and you have $1,000 in monthly passive income.
What You’ll Be Doing
Identifying Leads: Finding small to medium-sized accounting and bookkeeping firms who are interested in expanding their team but don’t wanna have the large cost for doing so.
Initial Outreach: Using your network, LinkedIn, or cold outreach to introduce the Ultimate Bookkeeper value proposition.
Relationship Management: Acting as the initial bridge between the client and our onboarding team.
Who You Are
The Connector: You have an existing network of business owners or are comfortable building one from scratch.
The Professional: You understand that bookkeeping is a matter of trust. You carry yourself with the integrity required to represent a financial services brand.
The Self-Starter: You don’t need a manager breathing down your neck. You want the freedom to work when you want, where you want.
USP (Why products/services better that competitors): We're an offshore staffing agency, staffing US accounting and bookkeeping firms ONLY. We specialize in staffing certified accountants and bookkeepers based on the Philippines. We vet them, test them and make sure they really have accounting experience before placing them. Once they're placed, we have a full team of account managers always there for them whenever they encounter any issue. This employees work on the time zone of the client.
Commission payment details: We pay 10% ongoing commission during the full lifetime of the deal.
