Commission Based Sell to Skilled Nursing – Rehab

FingerString is a startup based in Omaha, Nebraska. We offer phone-based, interactive, automated reminders and wellness check-in services for Senior Citizens and the Senior Living industry.
Our new Discharge Planning tool is designed for use by short-term rehab facilities and hospitals, providing automated, frequent interventions for recently discharged patients. Hospitals and rehab facilities are heavily penalized by Medicare and private insurance when a patient re-admits within 30 days, and our tool is designed to reduce those rates through increased patient compliance with medications, therapies, and follow-up appointments.
At this point the position is commission only, but as revenue increases I am prepared to convert to a salary + commission model for the right persons.
We are a dynamic new startup continually evolving our service. A key player in the Sales role could grow into not just salary but also an equity stake as we pursue funding and continued growth. There are 30000+ skilled nursing facilities in the US and all of them suffer 30-day readmission take-backs. The market potential is very high (100s of millions).
USP (Why products/services better that competitors): FingerString's Discharge Planning tool is an effective and simple way to make a real impact on 30-day readmissions. Hospitals and Rehab facilities are heavily penalized by Medicare and private insurance when a patient re-admits within 30 days. Our combination of daily check-in calls, medication reminders, and appointment reminders will keep a discharged patient on track with all of their therapies and appointments. Reducing readmission rates will have an immediate impact on a facility's bottom line and on patient outcomes. Our system requires no hardware or software installation for either the facility customer or the patient. Care staff use our web portal, and a patient only needs a phone number and our automated system makes interactive phone calls using speech recognition technology (this can even be a land-line!). A facility can on-board with FingerString in a matter of minutes and start improving their bottom line the same day.
Commission payment details: Commissions will be paid monthly for as long as the facility remains a customer. We use a fixed price model based on a facility's average number of monthly discharges, re-evaluated every 6 months. A small skilled nursing rehab facility might be priced at $300/mo, but some can be $1,500 - $3,000 or more. I am offering a 25% recurring commission based on monthly gross.
