Commission Based Sales Representative to join our dynamic Restonic sales team
Opportunity Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven 1099 Sales Representative to join our dynamic Restonic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals. A strong background in furniture retail would be ideal but not required. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive sales growth. If you are passionate about mattress sales and have experience in B2B environments, we want to hear from you! Candidate may have other products in their portfolio.
Restonic has been in business for 85 years. It currently has 11 licensee manufacturers across the United States. It is a world wide brand, with licensees in South Africa, South America and the Middle East. We manufacturer a high end product that delivers a substantial value to the customer.
This position will cover all of Colorado and will require travel to the local dealers. This is a 1099 contract job and commissions will be paid monthly. We currently have some business in Colorado and we are looking to expand the business. Experience in Furniture or Mattress Retail preferred, but not required.
Looking for a candidate that is hungry to grow the business and open up local dealers. Building up a relationship is key for long term growth in the mattress business. A set routine to visit key dealers will help build the relationship for long term growth. A great product to add to your 1099 portfolio.
Commission payment details: Commissions are paid monthly.
Desirable sales methods : Door to Door (Face to Face)
Products/services sales agents required to sell under this opportunity: Will service the entire Restonic mattress line up.

About training : There are 4 days of training. We will fly you out to Salt Lake City and will break down the materials in a mattress and walk the Restonic showroom. We will train you on the Restonic products and show you the process of how a mattress is manufactured and how to sell to local dealers. There will be a 2 day ride along in Colorado to introduce to you the current book of customers. We will go over prospect list and potential customers that we are currently working with.
