As we expand our presence in the U.S. market, we are looking for driven and ambitious Sales Representatives to introduce Radiant Aligners to dental professionals across their region. Whether you have experience in aligner sales or are looking to break into the dental industry, this is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing and dynamic company.
Your Role:
Develop and expand Radiant Aligners’ presence in your assigned territory by engaging with dentists and orthodontists.
Educate dental professionals on Radiant’s advanced aligner technology and how it benefits their practice.
Conduct product and software demonstrations, showcasing the value of our solutions.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the dental industry.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth.
Gather market insights and customer feedback to support ongoing sales strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven sales experience (preferably in the dental or orthodontic industry).
Strong network within the dental community is a major advantage.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of clear aligners, orthodontics, or dental products is preferred but not required.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory.
What We Offer:
Competitive compensation package: 1099 independant sales, commission (total earnings potential: $100,000 – $500,000 per year, based on experience and network).
