Owl Fenc App (app.owlfenc.com) is a field management software already in production, used by contractors across California. The app allows any contractor — roofers, landscapers, concrete, electrical, flooring, painters, general contractors — to generate professional estimates, contracts, and invoices directly from their phone in minutes.
We are looking for experienced independent sales representatives (1099) who have existing relationships with contractors or property managers, or who have previously sold to the trades industry.
This is not a startup pitch. The product works. Clients are already using it. We need closers who can present it to their existing network.
What we offer:
— 25% commission on the first month per closed client
— 5% recurring monthly commission for as 24 months subjetc to client still active.

Ideal candidate has sold software, tools, materials, or services to contractors, property managers, or the home improvement industry. Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus.
