**Position Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales and Marketing Professional to promote and sell a range of event and entertainment services. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving sales, and expanding our market presence in the event planning and rental industry. This is a commission-only position, ideal for a self-motivated individual with a passion for events and sales excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
– **Sales and Client Engagement:**
– Proactively reach out to potential clients, including individuals, corporate organizations, and event planners, to introduce and sell our services, such as DJ packages, photobooths (photo roamers), and event planning solutions.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
– **Marketing and Promotion:**
– Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services, including cocktail table and bar stool rentals, red carpet setups, stanchions, and backdrops.
– Create and distribute marketing materials across various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and event networking opportunities.
– **Event Consultation:**
– Offer tailored solutions for clients’ event needs, including wedding planning, day-of coordination, and event design concepts.
– Present recommendations and proposals that align with client budgets and vision.
– **Revenue Generation:**
– Drive sales for all service offerings, understanding that offerings may evolve over time.
– Strategically upsell and cross-sell services to maximize revenue.
– **Market Knowledge and Reporting:**
– Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential new markets.
– Track sales activities, provide regular performance reports, and meet sales targets.

**Qualifications and Skills**
– Proven experience in sales, marketing, or the events industry preferred.
– Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently, with a self-starting and goal-oriented attitude.
– Creativity and problem-solving skills to deliver unique solutions for client needs.
