Our clients include Fortune 500 OEMs, defense primes, and semiconductor leaders across the globe.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for highly motivated, experienced Commission-Based Sales Managers to drive business development and sales across THREE key global regions. These are 100% commission-based independent contractor roles, ideal for seasoned sales professionals with established networks in the electronics, semiconductors, defense, and aerospace sectors.
— ROLE 1: Sales Manager – North America Business Unit —
Territory: USA and Canada
– Drive new business development and client acquisition across North America
– Target: OEMs, defense contractors, semiconductor companies, and aerospace firms
– Leverage existing relationships with Fortune 500 companies and defense primes
– Focus on embedded systems, FPGA, PCB design, and hardware engineering services
— ROLE 2: Sales Manager – European Market —
Territory: UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, and broader Europe
– Identify and develop new accounts across the European electronics and defense market
– Target European aerospace, automotive electronics, industrial OEMs, and semiconductor companies
– Build Mistral’s brand presence and pipeline in European markets
— ROLE 3: Sales Manager – Japan Market —
Territory: Japan
– Develop strategic partnerships and sales channels in Japan
– Target Japanese semiconductor manufacturers, electronics OEMs, and defense/aerospace sector
– Leverage local industry networks and relationships with Japanese technology companies
Common Requirements for All Three Roles:
– Proven track record in B2B sales of engineering services, semiconductors, or electronics
– Existing network of contacts in target industry (OEMs, semiconductor, defense/aerospace)
– Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Commission: 11-20% on closed deals
