Opportunity: Door-to-door/field sales agent (commission-only)
We are recruiting independent sales agents to expand our customer base across fashion/leather goods channels. You will present our catalogue and samples to potential clients, gather technical requirements for custom items, and close orders for samples and production.
Key responsibilities
• Prospect and visit leather goods makers, belt and bag manufacturers, footwear producers, and accessory brands.
• Present standard items and collect specifications for custom parts (material, finish, dimensions, quantities).
• Coordinate sample/quote requests using our internal forms and relay accurate information to our technical team.
• Negotiate pricing within provided guidelines and close orders.
• Maintain a simple pipeline: leads, meetings, samples sent, quotes, orders closed, reorders.
• Provide regular market feedback (demand trends, competitor pricing, finish preferences).
Compensation
• Commission-only: 11%–20% depending on product line and margin.
• Commission is paid immediately upon closing the sale.
• No fixed salary/retainer at this time.

• Existing portfolio of clients in the sector is highly valued.
