Harlow Payments Dallas is expanding and hiring independent Relationship Managers to sell payment processing solutions and Clover POS systems to small and mid-size businesses.
This is a 1099 outside sales opportunity built for commission-driven producers who want to create recurring income and control their earning potential. Relationship Managers prospect local businesses, review current processing statements, and present programs that can significantly reduce — or in many cases eliminate — a merchant’s credit card processing expense.
Reps will sell a full suite of solutions including credit card processing programs, cash discount and dual-pricing models, Clover point-of-sale systems and terminals, payment gateways, and business payment technology designed to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Compensation includes upfront commissions on installed accounts, monthly production bonuses, and ongoing residual income on active merchants, with progressive residual increases as portfolio size grows. This structure rewards consistent installers focused on building a long-term book of business.
This is a field-driven role. Relationship Managers are expected to prospect, generate their own opportunities, and close deals face-to-face with business owners. In return, they gain the ability to work independently, run their territory like a business, and build uncapped recurring income.
Harlow Payments Dallas provides product training, marketing materials, deal support, and access to experienced sales leadership. Ideal candidates come from merchant services, POS, solar, telecom, payroll, collections, or other commission-based sales environments.

Commission payment details: -Upfront Commission $700 paid per new Active and Installed Merchant Account (MID) Commission Adjustment: -Monthly Production Bonus 5 Installed MIDs in a calendar month = $750 bonus Each additional MID after 5 = $150 bonus per install Bonus Payment Timing: Paid 5th business day following month end -Residual Commission Program Relationship Managers earn 10% of net processing profit on all active merchant accounts they install Residual commissions are paid monthly -Progressive Residual Growth As your active portfolio increases, residual percentage increases: 30+ Active MIDs → 15% residual payout 60+ Active MIDs → 20% residual payout 100+ Active MIDs → 25% residual payout
