We are building a fast growing platform connecting high school athletes with current Ivy League athletes for mentorship and recruiting guidance.

In our first month, we generated over 6000 dollars in revenue and are scaling quickly. Our average deal size is around 2000 dollars.

We are looking for experienced sales reps to help close inbound and outbound leads. This is a high ticket remote sales opportunity where you will be speaking directly with motivated families looking for guidance through the college recruiting process.

We are looking for closers who can run sales calls and convert, as well as appointment setters who can qualify and book calls.

You should be comfortable selling offers between 1000 and 3000 dollars.

Commission payment details: Commission is 10 to 20 percent per sale depending on performance. Average deal size is 2000 dollars, so reps earn 200 to 400 dollars per deal. Payments are made after each closed deal, with opportunities for increased commission and bonuses for high performers.

About training : We provide a streamlined onboarding process designed to get you selling quickly. You will receive proven sales scripts and call frameworks, recorded sales calls, offer breakdown and positioning guidance, and objection handling specifically for parents and athletes. Training is self paced and can be completed in 1 to 2 days. After onboarding, you will begin taking calls or setting appointments immediately. Ongoing support is provided through direct communication with the team along with feedback on calls to help you improve and close at a higher rate. Top performers will get priority access to higher volume leads.
