WHAT THE WORK LOOKS LIKE

– Visit truck repair shops and service providers in person during business hours and sign them up on the platform
– Work your local trucking community – truck stops, fleet yards, and industry events – to build awareness and sign up drivers and small fleets. Commissions are paid on verified service-provider signups.
– A short weekly report on outreach and signups so we can support you (leads, materials, product fixes)

WHO DOES WELL IN THIS ROLE

– Self-managed – you run your own pipeline, we don’t micromanage

– Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

My Artics partners with independent sales professionals as 1099 contractors. This is a commission-only partnership, not employment.

USP (Why products/services better that competitors): Most heavy-duty repair shops, mobile mechanics, and towing providers aren't on any marketplace yet - the trucking industry still runs on word-of-mouth and phone calls. My Artics is first to organize this market, signup is free for shops (a friction-free pitch), and both sides of the marketplace genuinely need it: drivers can't find vetted service providers or parts suppliers on the road, and shops want to fill bays.

Commission payment details: Flat commission paid per verified service-provider signup. Commission rate is negotiated based on experience, market, and existing trucking or auto-repair relationships. Performance bonuses at signup milestones are stacked on top of per-signup commission. Uncapped, no quotas. Commission-only: no base, no draw. A verified signup is a service provider that completes registration, submits required business and payout information, passes platform verification, and is attributed to the sales representative through the onboarding process. Commissions are paid bi-weekly for verified service-provider signups approved during the previous payment period. Commission structure is discussed during the interview process and tailored to the representative's experience, market, and industry relationships.
