Opportunity Description

If you have direct access to an established network of C-level executives / board directors / VP / Regional heads, are able to build an influential relationship and want to earn a lot of money then we would very much like to hear from you.

Our ideal candidate will be:
• self-motivated,
• understand what we are about (we’ll help you with this. A lot.)
• willing to work to secure multiple deals
• have a good understanding of the challenges faced by businesses and CEOs today,
• have access to C-level/VP-level execs in large corporations and can win their trust
• experienced in B2B professional services sales and are looking for a bigger opportunity
• want 15-20% commission on your first sale and the opportunity to make more, from larger sales into the same client

Overview: Our territory is truly global, so you can be based anywhere. We do however, prefer our agent to be based in the time zone of their market.

You will function as an independent sales agent and be rewarded as such. Typically, your first commission will be at least 15%. Initial projects based on READ are typically $65K-%100k. It’s up to you how much more you can sell to established clients.
We believe in supporting our agents as fully as necessary and so will provide as much product training meeting back-up as you need. We are aiming for a partnership that will grow our business with your help.

Our ideal sales agent is probably much like us; we’ve been around the block a few times and the years are there to prove it. You may have spent your life in B2B sales, but that is unlikely. More likely, you have been a career consultant at some point, marketing projects to the Fortune companies and know how that cycle works. You have also built up a network of professional contacts who trust you, who know that when you go to them, they will hear what you have to say.

We’ve definitely been there. We’ve developed the approach, the products and the methods that bring clients results, but we’re not sales professionals. So, we’ll give you the road, our leads to add to yours and the proof we can deliver if you can bring us the clients.

What our clients get is a full understanding of their issues, how they are affecting their business, what to do about it, in which order and how. Yes, we also collaborate with our clients to deliver the work READ identifies, bringing to bear some of the best minds and expertise in the business. Our work encompasses operational management and transformation, process integration, user experience, the Digitally Enabled Enterprise, data strategy, management and governance. Whatever we address, we deliver based on clearly identified results and their measurable benefit. We also use a suite of methods and tools 'in the field', developed over several decades of our own experiences. We enhance these through methods and tools based on the findings of key schools depending on client needs. Some of the methodologies we employ: CMMI, Behavioral Modelling, Agile Management, Data modelling, Cyclic Management, Six Sigma, TQM, Operational Modelling, and, of course, proprietary methods (READ, TADPOLE).

Commission payment details: Commission: 20.00% Commission details: 15-20% commission on first sale of $65-$100k. A first sale should lead to more work with the client at a similar commission rate, with projects exceeding $100k with the potential to go beyond $1m in value. Payment: Commission is payable on closed contracts with new business or existing clients. Commission will be paid on a 30 day basis, so 30 days from the client signing the contract, you get paid. Obviously, there will be some paperwork to sign and so on, but that's as simple as we can make it.

Products/services sales agents required to sell under this opportunity: On the face of it we are a 'typical' Management Consultancy, billing our clients for our advisory services. That just didn't work for us, so we have developed a series of 'products', approaches if you like, that serve the client by delivering defined results and measurable benefits. Our READ, DMMA, EMMA and TADPOLE 'products', though complex, deliver straightforward benefits to the client; peace of mind, certainty and a clear way forward to executives faced with seemingly insurmountable operational, tactical and strategic level challenges. That starts with setting up a meeting with our management then providing sales support in guiding the client to close on the deal. The way we work is to provide guidance and direction to a client, then to support them in implementing that solution, a situation that provides an ongoing relationship in which you will have the opportunity to identify follow-on sales. About training : We don't have 'training courses' and so on. We do, however, immerse everyone who works with us in our products, approaches and methods so you will know us inside out and can present us to your prospects. Part of the sales process will require meetings (real or virtual - we are working well in the virtual space and many clients/prospects now prefer it), which we can attend to present and discuss what we are offering. You will never be alone.
