I’m launching RoofMaxx in the Charlotte Metro area(Fort Mill) and looking for an experienced home service sales leader who wants more than just a job. This role has the potential to earn equity and eventually take ownership of the operation as we grow.

• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Someone who wants to build something, not just collect a paycheck
This is a chance to help build the Charlotte market from the ground up with strong upside.
We are also partnering with a Charlotte roofing company that is one of only two roofing vendors approved by the City of Charlotte, allowing us to support homeowners with any additional roofing needs beyond rejuvenation.
USP (Why products/services better that competitors): RoofMaxx is a patented roof rejuvenation treatment that can extend the life of an asphalt roof up to 15 years at a fraction of the cost of replacement. For the first time in the roof replacement space, consumers have an option other than complete replacement. The demand from homeowners, property managers, and real estate professionals is growing rapidly.
Commission payment details: We price the job between $1.75-$185 sq ft. Commission is between 15%-20 of total job revenue. Ex. 5,000sq ft x $1.75 = $8,750*.15 = $1,312 Commission.
