We are preparing for a soft launch of new artificial intelligence technology and are in search of experienced professionals within the existing marketplace to acquire several new clients. Qualifications:
* Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Market Research and Lead Generation
* A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is a bonus
* At least ten years of relevant experience
* Must be a US citizen residing in the USA
* At least two references for this type of work
Clarifications:
* Our technology is at TRL 4/5.
* This can be a full-time or part-time endeavor
* Commissions will be uncapped and highly competitive.

Commission payment details: Commission Rate: 10-20% based on representatives' experience level and market entrenchment. Structure: 10% base, 5% slide based on ARR, and 5% based on target match. ARR is limited but negotiable based on whether rep continues with us. Quota Expectations: Short-term plan is to find 2-3 clients with agreed ARR. Can continue with a permanent 50/50 structure once this is met. Accelerators: Will discuss. Multi-year Deals: A 2x multiplier on the first-year commission rate for contracts signed within 6 months. Clawbacks: Clawbacks occur when a customer churns within the first 3-6 months, less expenses and payments made.
