This is a fantastic chance to join a business that’s been around for over 6 years and has recently undergone rapid growth, with revenue almost doubling in 2023. We’ve found that our ideal clients are digital agencies or business coaches who recommend us to their network. We need someone who either has a network suited for our services or has the experience and drive in outside sales to create and grow new relationships to boost revenue.

About DeskTeam360:

DeskTeam360 is an innovative company that excels in providing services like Websites, Funnels, Automation, and Direct Response Marketing. Our mission is to save our clients 20 hours a week or more by offering unlimited services that help them meet their business objectives with simple, predictable monthly billing.

Our clients have access to a 9-person team of Designers, Developers, and Technical Virtual Assistants working around the clock under the leadership of a team leader and a U.S.-based Account Manager.

We’ve eliminated common outsourcing issues by having our team come into our office building that we had built in 2022, ensuring we have managers, training, accountability, and reliable infrastructure. We’re expanding and looking for an ambitious B2B Outside/Partner Sales Representative to join us.

Role Overview:

As a B2B Outside / Partner Sales Representative, you’ll be crucial in finding and securing new business through partner sales. This role suits someone who is independent and has a proven background in outside sales, capable of generating leads and establishing partnerships with professionals who have a large social media presence.

Your objective will be to form partnerships that either promote DeskTeam360’s services or integrate them into white-label solutions, generating more revenue for all involved.
This role is based on 100% commission, offering a rewarding opportunity for motivated individuals to grow with us, expand our client base, and contribute significantly to our expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead Generation: Actively seek out and generate new leads among marketing professionals and businesses with a significant social following.

– Partnership Development: Cultivate strong relationships with potential partners to either promote our services to their network or include our services in their white-label offerings.

– Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales strategies tailored to the specific needs and opportunities of each potential partner.

– Collaboration: Work closely with our founder and client success team to ensure sales strategies align with broader business goals.

– Reporting: Keep detailed records of all sales activities, and regularly report on progress, partnership opportunities, and market insights.

Ideal Candidate:

– Proven Experience: Demonstrable success in remote outside sales, especially in B2B settings. A background in digital or direct response marketing is a plus.

– Lead Generation Skills: A strong ability to find leads, recognize potential partnership opportunities, and turn prospects into enduring partnerships.

– Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for clear and convincing presentations.

– Independence: Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and sales pipeline efficiently.

– Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools and platforms used in remote sales processes.

– Networking: Excellent at building relationships, with a history of forming productive business partnerships.

– Community: Having an existing network of business owners is ideal but not required.
Compensation:

This is a commission-only role with an attractive commission structure. We pay 50% commissions that reward excellent performance and significant contributions to our growth. The average commission per deal is $748.50 (never less than $500 per deal). We also offer quarterly profit sharing, presenting an excellent opportunity for the right person to join and grow with our expanding company.

USP (Why products/services better that competitors): We are the only unlimited service that does not penalize our clients for revisions, meaning that our competitors will take as an example 10 ticket requests and work on one. Then, once the client goes through the revision process and approves a final version, they start to work on the next ticket. However, once we send a ticket back to a client for review, we will start working on the next and deal with revisions as they come in. We also are the only unlimited outsourcing service that does "Insourcing." Instead of outsourcing remote workers overseas. We built our own office building in 2022, and everyone in Indonesia comes to work in the office with managers, new computers, backup power, and 3 internet providers. This eliminates outsourcing excuses and frustrations that our clients went through before using our service.

Commission payment details: 50% commission on the first month's payment. The majority of deals are $1497/month, so you'd get a $748.50 commission per new customer sign-up. Some clients sign up for our larger packages at $2,994/month or $4,491/month, and some sign up for larger clients under custom pricing.

Desirable sales methods : Telesales, Door to Door (Face to Face), Online sales

Products/services sales agents required to sell under this opportunity: 1. Our unlimited service - where clients get plugged into one of our existing teams of experienced Graphic Designers, Developers, and Technical VAs - with a day and nightshift which gives them 2 Designers, 2 Developers, 2 Technical VAs, a Team Leader, a US Based Account Manager, and AMA Weekly Zooms with the Founder. Giving them nine team members for the cost of them going out and hiring one really good outsourced overseas team member in the Phillippines. 2. Most importantly selling this service to business coaches as an additional revenue source either as a referral partner or whitelabeling our service with their branding as an additional service they can sell.

About training : The founder will work with you, provide you with marketing materials, and help you until you're confident in your ability to work independently. You should either already have a network to work from (network of business coaches), or be able to go and find the target market on your own and develop relationships and pitch another revenue source that will help their client successfully finish their coaching programs. Either way, the founder will be there to help in any way he can. An example is working with prospects together and/or creating new materials to help you build and close relationships.
