Line and Hammer is a product division under Naimor Inc.
Naimor Inc is a highly capable custom manufacturing company located just outside of Seattle WA. in the town of Maltby. Art Stair is a branch of Line and Hammer.
We Produce a line of custom, highly esthetic stair systems for the custom homes, commercial, and mixed-use markets. Clients include Designers, architects, contractors, and property owners to name a few.
We are wanting to cooperatively work with a small group of independent reps to help generate clients in the U.S.
USP (Why products/services better that competitors): The availability of quality, highly esthetic custom prefabricated steel stair systems is surprisingly thin considering the large demand in the custom home, commercial/mixed use, and property development markets. of this narrow selection there are virtually no producers of shop built helical curved stairs. Helical curved stairs have notably different characteristics from spiral stairs which have heavier use and code limitations. Despite the hi demand for this type of stair system that maximizes visual impact and minimizes spatial footprint, designers, architects, contractors, and property owners are left to fall back on the uncertain and enormously expensive process of onsite fabrication. In addition to custom helical curved stairs, we also produce and sell the most attractive standard prefabricated custom stair systems on the market today. Including straight run, and spiral stairs as well.
Commission payment details: A typical sale before the commission add would range from $15,000. to $25,000. Sales can easily move into the 40-50 range depending on the scope of the job. It is the sales rep job to engage interest and generate a lead. It is not necessary to single handedly close the job. This is why we are here, and we are here to help in every way we can. If a lead turns to a sale, regardless of what point in the transactions this happens, then the sales credit goes to the person that brought the lead. The rep has an option of adding up to 30% on top of our base price. We will help make the sale and hand off the overhead commission to the rep. We keep our sales team ccd on all communications regarding their leads all the way through to sale.

In other words, we are looking for creative partnership with our salespeople. We are keeping the team to a limited number of independent reps.
