Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Training and experience in sales is required
Responsibilities
1. Performance Factors
a. Sales Representative to obtain leads.
b. Present Creating Measurable Results to prospective clients.
c. Execute contract and supporting documents (Client Data Form).
2. Client Servicing
a. Work with the client to determine the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs),
ie “measurables.”
b. Coach clients for effective implementation and roll-out.
c. Follow-up with the client on a regular basis to evaluate the effectiveness
of the program (monthly, quarterly….to be determined)
d. Report company performance/measurables to management.
