Grace Loves Lace is a leading name in the bridal fashion industry, known for our unique and modern approach to bridal wear. Our innovative designs and commitment to quality have made us a sought-after brand globally. We are expanding our team and are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Agent. We have two roles available and the person can be based anywhere suitably located in the West or East coasts of the USA.
Key requirements include:
Account Management: Nurture and grow existing wholesale accounts by providing exceptional service, understanding their needs, and ensuring the timely delivery of products.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new wholesale opportunities to expand the brand’s presence in the United States.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with wholesale partners, understanding their business goals, and aligning our products with their market needs.
Account Administration: Oversee the administrative aspects of wholesale accounts, including order processing, invoicing, and resolving any account-related issues promptly.
Partner Training: Develop and conduct training sessions for wholesale partners to ensure they have a deep understanding of our products, brand values, and sales strategies.
Ideally you will have experience within the bridal or fashion/apparel industry.
Strong sales acumen, excellent relationship management skills, be highly trustworthy and diligent.
We are looking to expand to over 100 accounts in the USA within the next 12 months.

Commission payment details: Commission will be paid on all gowns sold either through customer purchasing their initial or subsequent sample kits and then on all retail sales once they have received their kits. Commission between 10-15%
Desirable sales methods : Door to Door (Face to Face), Online sales
Products/services sales agents required to sell under this opportunity: Initially the sales agent will be required to acquire up to 50 new accounts in their territory. This is a new business channel for the brand and there are 1000s of opportunities to acquire new accounts. The agent will be supported by marketing collateral and support which will make their role easy. They will also be provided with considerations for the target customer list. Outreach will be completed by online and telesales with direct customer contact required to provide training and ongoing relationship management of the accounts once they are onboard.
