Airo Intelligence helps small and local businesses use practical AI automation to capture more leads, reduce missed opportunities, improve customer follow-up, and book more appointments. Our services include AI voice receptionists, smart website chatbots, websites, landing pages, sales funnels, CRM/customer relationship dashboards, automated follow-up systems, online reputation optimization, and social media marketing support.
We are looking for commission-only sales agents to help introduce our services to business owners who can benefit from better lead response, improved online visibility, and automated customer communication. This opportunity is ideal for self-motivated sales professionals who are comfortable with outreach, relationship building, follow-up, and explaining business value to small business owners.
Sales agents will be responsible for contacting prospects, identifying client needs, presenting Airo Intelligence’s services, booking consultations, and helping close new client accounts. Airo Intelligence may provide leads, prospect lists, or target business categories, but agents are also welcome to source their own qualified prospects as long as they fit our ideal customer profile and outreach is handled professionally and ethically.
This is a commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Representatives earn 40% of the initial setup fee and 20% of monthly recurring revenue for months 2-6 for each new client they close. Commissions are paid after the client signs an agreement, completes payment, and the payment has cleared after a 7 day clearing period. Monthly recurring commissions are paid only while the client remains active and in good standing.
We will provide training, service information, sales scripts, outreach messaging, and guidance on how to position our solutions around clear business outcomes such as missed-call recovery, faster lead response, more booked appointments, improved online reputation, and reduced manual admin work.

Commission payment details: This is a commission-only sales role with uncapped earning potential. Sales representatives are paid based on closed client accounts that result from their prospecting, outreach, follow-up, and sales efforts. I can help in the closing phase. Representatives earn 40% of the initial setup fee and 20% of the monthly recurring revenue for months 2-6 months for each new client they close. Setup fee commission is paid after the client signs an agreement, completes payment, and the payment has cleared after a 7–14 day clearing period. Monthly recurring commissions are paid monthly, only while the client remains active and in good standing. If a client cancels, fails to pay, requests a refund, or issues a chargeback, future recurring commissions for that client account will no longer be paid. Any unpaid commission tied to refunded or disputed payments will not be issued. Example: If a client pays a $1,500 setup fee and a $1,000/month retainer, the representative would earn $600 from the setup fee after the clearing period, plus $200/month for the next 5 months, for a total potential commission of $1,600 from that client.

Primary products and services include AI voice receptionists, smart website chatbots, websites, landing pages, sales funnels, online reputation optimization, CRM and customer relationship dashboards, automated follow-up systems, and social media marketing support. Airo Intelligence will provide sales agents with leads, prospect lists, or target business categories to contact. Agents are also welcome to source their own prospects, as long as they fit our ideal customer profile and outreach is conducted professionally and ethically. All self-sourced leads must be tracked properly so closed deals can be attributed to the correct sales agent. These services are sold as setup-based and monthly recurring packages.

Agents will also be trained on how to identify qualified prospects, explain the business value of our services, handle common objections, and book or close consultations with potential clients. We will provide sales scripts, service descriptions, outreach messaging, basic product education, and guidance on how to position our services around practical business outcomes such as missed-call recovery, faster lead response, more booked appointments, improved customer follow-up, and better online visibility.
