Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of 10 independent contractor sales reps.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure team success.
Monitor team performance and report on key metrics.
Foster a positive and motivating team environment.
Identify and address any issues or challenges within the team.
Collaborate with IndustryCove to align team efforts with company goals.
Help your team members with leads targeting and qualification.

Your mission will be to drive sales of our cutting-edge SaaS software services across North and South America, including the USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Chile.
Commission payment details: What We Offer: Competitive Shared-Revenue: Enjoy a lucrative recurring commission-based compensation structure. We provide Lifetime Residual Payments – No other company you may represent will guarantee in writing your commissions as long as our resellers and customers receive services from our company. We go further by also guaranteeing in writing; if in the future a reseller or client that your team secured an agreement with, later discontinues services for whatever reason, and then re-sign for the same services at a later date, whether its months or years later, you will be entitled to your commissions. Your commissions will be reinstated for the client and/or reseller from their resign date. Vested Commissions – Your commissions are vested after the setup of 50+ end-user accounts [Total for your team]. Once vested, you are entitled to your commissions in perpetuity. What does vested means? It means you may continue to actively sell for us or retire as a manager and you will continue to receive your commissions.
