I have been an entrepreneur for over 25 years and taken 3 companies from less than a million to over 5. My partner and I parted ways in December so I launched this product. It’s doing very well, we are closing at a high percentage I just need people who 1) can get through to attorneys to pitch them 2) pitch and close them. I have the entire cold calling and sales scripting done and a few folks selling right now.
USP (Why products/services better that competitors): We are first to market with turn key podcasting. So much so we have other industries reaching out as well to work with us. We have a program that handles all aspects of a professionally produced, edited, scripted, distributed and marketed legal podcast show. We provide leads, CRM, dialer, email, training, scripts, sales presentation, marketing, admin support for time consuming tasks and all else we see you would need to do well. You just have to learn the systems, start talking to attorneys and close deals
Commission payment details: Products- 90 day agreement prices from$379-$1577/monthly and our average right now is $499/monthly You receive 100% of the first month paid 1/2 in month 1 and 1/2 in month 2. In month 4 you then start receiving residuals of 10% from each client in month 4 onwards of them working with us. Plus spiffs and sales contests.
