Roofers stop losing leads to slow response. We handle the technology. You bring us the clients. We are hiring 10 driven 1099 sales representatives to prospect and close roofing companies by phone. This is a cold-calling role. You will be dialing roofing companies directly, introducing Parfina, and closing them into a monthly or annual service agreement. No base salary. No cap on what you earn. What you earn • $800 paid per new client closed — paid when their payment clears • $400/mo recurring $400 per month, per active client, every month they stay — your residual income builds automatically • Annual plan bonus: Annual plan close: $800 + 10 months of $400 = $4,800 paid in one lump sum at signing Close 20 clients and earn $8,000/month in recurring commission — without closing another deal The math on a 2-close-per-month pace: • Month 1: $2,400 — 2 new closes + first recurring • Month 4: $4,400 — recurring on 8 clients + 2 new closes • Month 8: $6,800 — recurring on 16 clients + 2 new closes • Month 12: $9,600 — recurring on 24 clients + 2 new closes Most reps hit the $75,000/year mark around month 8 at a 2-close/month pace. What you will do • Prospect roofing companies by phone — cold outreach, no warm leads handed to you • Identify the decision maker (owner or office manager) and run a short qualifying call • Present Parfina’s service and close into a monthly ($2,899/mo) or annual ($28,990/yr) agreement • Log your activity daily — 30+ dials per day minimum • Own your pipeline from first dial to signed contract
