About the Role:
Go Energy Solution is actively expanding. We are looking for highly motivated, driven sales professionals to join our team as Account Executives. In this recession-resistant industry, you will help both residences and commercial clients reduce energy costs by educating them on competitive supply options, renewable energy, and efficiency solutions.
What You’ll Do:
• Generate & Close Accounts: Cultivate new commercial/residential accounts through self-generation, networking, and company-supported leads.
• Energy Consultation: Analyze client utility data, educate customers on competitive energy supply options (including solar), and present tailored pricing proposals.
• Manage the Pipeline: Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Close Deals & Build Relationships: Negotiate terms, close contracts, and manage client relationships long-term.
• Meet Goals: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, D2D (door-to-door), energy, solar, telecom, or merchant services.
• Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset, comfortable operating in a 100% performance-based environment.
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation, closing, and presentation skills.
• Reliability: Punctual, professional, and capable of working independently.
