GPZ Cabling is a licensed, family-owned low-voltage contractor (License # EF20002178) serving Central Florida and beyond. We specialize in professional structured cabling, fiber optic installations (including fusion splicing), security camera systems, access control, nurse call systems, sound masking, and commercial AV. We work with general contractors, commercial property owners, medical facilities, offices, and build-out projects. Our reputation is built on quality, fast turnaround, and clean installs.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated, experienced B2B sales professional to drive new business on a pure commission basis. You will generate leads, develop relationships with GCs and end-users, bid on cabling/security projects, and close deals. Full marketing support provided — you focus on selling.
What You’ll Earn
10% commission on the total net invoiced project value (paid directly from the bid price – no profit/margin calculations needed)
Uncapped earnings — top reps in this industry regularly clear six figures
Paid within 15 business days after customer payment is received
Residual opportunities on repeat clients (if applicable)
Average project sizes range from $15k–$250k+, so strong closers can generate significant income quickly.

Ideal Candidate
Proven B2B sales experience (construction, electrical, low-voltage, IT infrastructure, or similar preferred)
Existing network of general contractors, property managers, or commercial clients is a big plus
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely or can occupy are Sales Office in Tampa, Fl office.
Reliable laptop and phone.
Must be authorized to work as a 1099 independent contractor in the U.S.
