Rate: 15% commission
Job Description: App-Ology Software Solutions (www.app-ology.com) is looking to expand our footprint into Healthcare, Education, Union Labor and Enterprise Business throughout the United States.
App-Ology is a technology company focused on creating software applications which simplify business processes and communications in hopes of making a better society.
App-Ology provides a mobile solution which offers innovative application technologies that fill in the gaps needed in the following areas…
* Enables peer to peer trading of work shifts, without the need for management to approve.
* The filing of job related grievances and the ability to track and update the progress.
* A way for managers to post overtime shifts which can be instantly viewed and accepted from a mobile device.
Our solution includes mobile and tablet apps that run on both Apple iOS and Google Android, a web site for central management, and cloud services for storage of application data.
You will have a app, for both Apple and Android mobile devices, to demonstrate to your customers. You will also be given an account on the App-Ology Web Site Where you can log in and demonstrate functionality that integrates with the mobile apps. You will have data sheets and product marketing available to use. Most importantly, you will be trained on how to use our app so you can show the value on your sales calls.
Our cost model is SaaS (Software as a Service) where we charge a monthly service fee based on the number of users. This allows our customers to avoid the high cost of developing their own mobile app. In addition we customize the app with a logo, colors, app forms and a Website view.

We are looking for highly motivated, experienced Independent Sales Reps with a minimum of 4 years’ experience and knowledge of the software and mobile app industry.
Qualified candidates will report to the Sales Manager and be expected to demonstrate the ability to open and service new accounts, develop new markets and increase market share, while maintaining strong relationships with decision makers and business owners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Building account base and identify new opportunities in your Assigned territory.
• Develop and execute sales strategies.
• Supply feedback on trends gathered in the market place.
• Visit accounts to ensure correct presentation of product.
• Attend and assist at National trade shows. Participate in applicable regional shows.
• Work with operations to ensure customers grievance forms and website views meet customer satisfaction.
Compensation: 15% of all net sales initiated by the salesperson. This includes 15% one time software customization and development revenues, and 15% of monthly service fees.
Required Experience and Skills:
• A minimum of 4 years outside sales experience.
• Strong relationships in Healthcare or Education is highly regarded.
• Exceptional multitasking and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent skills in verbal and written communication.
• A genuine passion for mobile apps and technology.
• Must have the ability to make cold calls and establish interest for our products.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
