Commission payment details: URecruits has multiple packages to fit every customers needs and various package levels within each. Commissions are paid based on the package type and level and can range from 20-40% for the initial commission after the customer starts paying at the end of their first month free. From there we offer a recurring monthly commission of 6-15% for an additional 10 months, as long as the customer remains active. For sales representatives that already sell in the HR SaaS environment, we offer a one time $150 additional commission if uRecruits is sold as a package with other HR SaaS platforms.

Products/services sales agents required to sell under this opportunity: Sales agents will need access to an online video conference solution such as Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. We will give them access to the platform for them to use during their sales conversations.
