Spiros Industries is a spring and wire form manufacturer that has been in business for over 30 years. We pride ourselves on being very responsive and having technical expertise. We currently have certain accounts covered, mostly in Wisconsin and southeast US. Otherwise, we have opportunities in most of the rest of the US. As a manufacturer’s rep for Spiros, you will receive product training and support from our outstanding customer service and technical teams. We are looking for a rep or rep organization that currently sells other mechanical components like die casts, stampings, injection molded parts, etc., and is looking to expand their product offering. With customers already purchasing springs, but are open to switching suppliers, the sales cycle is weeks, but with new product development, it is typically closer to 4 – 12 months.
USP (Why products/services better that competitors): Spiros provides high volume springs and wire forms to a variety of markets, including automotive, industrial, household goods, firearms, and medical equipment. All parts are custom and typically stocked for quick delivery with large volume production order releases. We strive to turn quote requests around in 24 hours, and have in-house spring design assistance, typically available with 2 business hours. Most of our sales are repeat business year over year to OEMs.
Commission payment details: Sales representatives are paid at the end of every month at a rate of 5%. Most of our existing reps sell between $1M and $2M worth of product per year.
