Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with residential and commercial customers
Generate, qualify, and pursue new leads
Conduct roof inspections and educate customers on findings
Present roofing solutions and explain product options
Complete contracts and guide customers through the sales process
Provide excellent customer service from initial contact to project completion
Maintain accurate records using our CRM system

Requirements
Reliable vehicle (truck preferred for ladder transport)
Valid driver’s license
Smartphone required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to physically inspect roofs
Sales or construction experience preferred, but not required
Roofing sales experience is a plus
Honest, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Schedule
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Flexible scheduling available

Must be able to commute or relocate to Chesterfield, MO
