We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Partner to help accelerate our pipeline across digital and enterprise transformation, AI integration, sustainability, and executive advisory services.

This role is ideal for someone senior with 10+ years experience who:

Commission payment details: We offer three core strategic products and one add-on Marketing Event: 1. The Land of Enterprises - 10% - (£250 per each session if sold at full value) 2. The 5x Transformation Model (fixed fee per consultant placed approx. 10% per consultant placed). 3. The Enterprise Flight Plan® - 2% to 3% (between £1,000 to £5,000 each quarter for the initial sale and 1% for each quarterly renewal). 4. Executive Roundtables - 5% to 10% (depending on value) Desirable Sales Flow - From Telesales > to Face-to-face or Online coffees

Products/services sales agents required to sell under this opportunity: Product 1. The Land of Enterprises This is a problem solving 90-minute workshop. It acts as a 'foot in the door' where there is little risk but high reward in establishing the challenges their departments face across their inhouse delivery teams. We believe that it should be easy to sell up to 10 or more of these sessions into one organisation. The outcome of this workshop will also trigger a case for changes a company needs to make, making it easy to sell in the next level products. Product 2. The 5x Transformation Model This is a 12-week digital transformation strategy bringing together key stakeholders to prepare for a new build or enhancement of their digital products or services. It starts with a discovery session and flows into an 'as is' and 'to be' states, product visions, prioritised features, expertise line-ups and a backlog of work ready to hand over to delivery teams. This product can also guide enterprise-wide transformations such as agile, restructuring, shifting from Projects to Product Operating Models, AI Enablement, Sustainability, Platform enablement, Cultural and Leadership change and M&A Integration strategies. Product 3. The Enterprise Flight Plan® The Enterprise Flight Plan® is a two-day strategic alignment experience that brings senior leaders together to translate vision into executable value. It creates enterprise-wide clarity, shared priorities and committed action, enabling large organisations to move forward with confidence and pace. Product 4: Executive Roundtable Events FormAgility® Executive Roundtables are 'vendor sponsored', invite-only gatherings for senior leaders to explore emerging challenges, exchange strategic insight and shape practical, enterprise-ready solutions in a trusted, high calibre environment.
