Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential retail stores, boutiques, and wholesale buyers.
Present and pitch HY Official’s clothing line effectively to decision-makers.
Negotiate terms, close sales, and manage your sales pipeline independently.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
Provide feedback on market trends and product performance to help shape brand strategy.
Commission and Compensation:
Commission-based role with 11%–20% per sale, depending on deal size and client type.
Payments are made monthly based on finalized and paid orders.

Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Commission payment details: Commission Rate: Sales representatives earn 11%–20% commission on every sale, depending on deal size and client type. Higher commissions may apply for large orders or repeat wholesale clients. Payment Schedule: Commissions are calculated monthly based on finalized and paid orders. Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal within 15 days of the month-end. Eligible Sales: Only confirmed, fully-paid orders count toward commissions. Returns or canceled orders will be deducted from the respective commission. No Cap on Earnings: There is no maximum limit — your income grows directly with your effort and results. Tracking & Transparency: Reps will receive a detailed report of all orders, sales, and commission earned every month. Bonuses (Optional): Special bonuses or incentives may be offered for high-volume clients, territory milestones, or exceptional performance.
