Commission Based Independent Sales Rep
Opportunity Description
We are a 50 year old company calling on Floral Shops & Gifts Shops all across The United States. We carry products for almost all occasions and all regions.
This is an independent sales rep position that requires a level of self management. You will have to be able to motivate yourself to call on existing customers as well as grow the customer base by introducing yourself to new businesses.
People skills and a good work ethic are required to be successful.
USP (Why products/services better that competitors): We have been in business for over 50 years. We focus on carrying products for all occasions instead of trying to target one small part of the market. We keep our pricing competitive and build relationships with our customers so they keep returning to us for business.
Commission payment details: We pay 15% of the gross sale.
Desirable sales methods : Telesales, Door to Door (Face to Face)
Products/services sales agents required to sell under this opportunity: Marlow Floral supplies almost everything used in the floral industry. This includes all seasonal holidays, homecoming supplies, funeral & wedding, baskets & containers and almost all other floral supplies.

About training : Limited training. We will give industry pointers and an overview of how to use our website but most of this job revolves around people skills and work ethic. You will be provided with catalogs, access to our website and limited samples.
