At Fryp, we expect fully commissioned sales representatives to be proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. As ambassadors of our brand, reps are expected to identify and connect with high school coaches, band directors, and non-profits, building strong relationships that align with our mission of empowering fundraising efforts. They should excel in lead generation, leveraging their community connections and sales experience to introduce new clients to Fryp’s innovative fundraising platform. Sales reps will guide organizations through the process of launching campaigns, providing personalized support and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Additionally, sales representatives are expected to maintain a deep understanding of Fryp’s products, services, and unique value proposition, effectively communicating these benefits to potential clients. They should utilize their entrepreneurial spirit to manage their own sales pipeline, meet or exceed revenue goals, and contribute to the company’s expansion into new states. With a 5% commission structure and 1099 flexibility, sales reps have the opportunity to build their own territories, while upholding Fryp’s values of integrity, customer focus, and community impact.

USP (Why products/services better that competitors): Our mobile fundraiser offer customers a virtual fundraising option that allows them to raise funds at the push of a button. We have a propritary text messaging drip marketing campaign that allows the team members contacts to receive messages directly from their phones. Our service hs zero upfront cost to the client. we get paid based of of the sales generated by their fundraiser.

Commission payment details: Sales reps will get paid 5% of the totals sales revenue generated by a fundraiser. For example if you do a fundraiser with a highschool football team you may possibly generate $60,000 in revenue. That would be a $3,000 comission payment to the sales rep.
